Job Description

Reporting to the Camp Manager you will be part of the Camp Department. You will be responsible for coordinating and processing all reservations for both facilities including room allocation and travel requests. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle\xe2\x80\x99s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

• Process daily, weekly and monthly reports from site software and distribute to site Business Partners as needed;
• Update the bus and flight tracker on a daily basis;
• Enter and manage all reservations and travel requests for both lodges, buses and flights;
• Manage room allocations at both lodges;
• Update utilization reports for both lodges;
• Establish processes and coordinator with all departmental administration and Bus Terminal to reduce unscheduled guest occurrences.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Hospitality or relevant program;
• Minimum one to two years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant work experience;
• Strong knowledge of accommodation software;
• Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Your Work Schedule:

• Schedule: 14/14 schedule at our Detour Lake Mine;
• Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides transportation to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
