Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will leverage your expertise in hospitality and customer service to provide tailored recommendations that meet the unique needs of each traveler.

Duties

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
• Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Book cruises, tours, flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services on behalf of clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during the client's travels.
• Stay informed about industry trends, travel restrictions, and destination highlights to offer valuable insights.
• Handle any issues or changes that may arise before or during the trip with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in travel sales or other retail is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and online resources.
• A genuine passion for travel and helping others create unforgettable experiences.
• Prior experience in customer service roles is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
