In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable travel experiences for our clients by providing expert advice and personalized service. You will utilize your knowledge of destinations, accommodations, and travel logistics to assist clients in planning their perfect trips. Duties
Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Provide recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests.
Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and industry developments.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise before or during their travels.
Collaborate with suppliers to secure the best rates and packages for clients.
Create detailed itineraries that enhance the travel experience.
Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles is essential.
Must have knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre. preference to the person who is familiar with CRS.
Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell travel packages and services.
Knowledge of hotel operations and booking systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously.
A passion for travel and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
