Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and excellent customer service skills. As a Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring memorable and seamless experiences. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients\' travel needs and preferences
- Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Create customized travel itineraries based on clients\' requirements
- Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and travel regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or industry training preferred
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, hospitality services, and travel destinations is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen to clients\' needs
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and booking platforms
