Calculate cost of travel and accommodations Handle reimbursement in case of transportation and hotel reservations cancellation Recommend suitable products Supervise clerical staff or other travel counsellors Sell travel products and travel insurance Provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions and special events Attend to cancellations and schedule changes Develop contact lists Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs
