Travel Consultant
Job Description
```Duties:```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking travel assistance
- Understand and fulfill clients\' travel needs and preferences
- Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities
- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements for clients
- Assist with travel documentation such as passports and visas
- Handle any changes or cancellations to travel plans
- Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and regulations ```Skills:```
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent sales skills to effectively promote travel packages and upsell additional services
- Knowledge of hospitality industry and hotel accommodations
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate booking information
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer reservation systems and online booking platforms Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance Salary: $18.40-$24.41 per hour Expected hours: 16 per week Benefits:
