Travel Consultant
with hands-on experience using
TravelWorks
and a passion for travel.
Responsibilities
Use
TravelWorks
software to manage bookings, invoicing, payments, and client files.
Provide excellent customer service through in-person, phone, and email communication.
Research, plan, and book travel experiences including cruises, flights, tours, and vacation packages.
Maintain client relationships and provide after-travel support.
Stay up to date with travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings.
Support the growth of Symphony Vacation by contributing ideas and assisting in marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Required:
Hands-on experience with
TravelWorks
(minimum 1 year).
Strong knowledge of travel industry suppliers, systems, and processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences.
TICO certification (or willingness to obtain).
