- Provide exceptional Online Travel customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience urgent Hiring!!!
