IBT College is a Private Career College located in Toronto, registered under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005. Since 2001, the college has been a reference for students looking for 6 months or 1-year diploma programs and certificates in Business, Travel & Tourism, Flight Attendant, Health Care and Information Technology. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver an effective learning environment using available resources, incorporating various teaching/learning methods to meet the course objectives.
• Manage lesson planning, assignments, class, and overall course assessment of the students\xe2\x80\x99 work
• Challenging ideas, encouraging students to develop skills and knowledge in critical and rational thinking.
• Monitor students\xe2\x80\x99 performance and act in accordance with college policies when intervention is required.
• Adhere to assignment marking and grade submission deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree from a recognized college/university in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the post-secondary environment or equivalent managerial work experience in the field of Hospitality and Tourism or combination of both.
• Proven experience supervising students, providing support and feedback in constructive and meaningful manners is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Being able to work under pressure/fast-paced environment and deliver on scheduled deadlines.
• Online teaching experience is an asset
