Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of travel booking experience and be knowledgeable in the use of Sabre and Amadeus booking systems. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other travel-related services for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Book flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other travel-related services for clients
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their travel needs are met
- Research travel options to ensure clients receive the best prices and accommodations
- Keep up-to-date with changes in the travel industry, including airline policies, travel restrictions, and visa requirements
- Process payments and refunds for clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the travel agency
- At least 3 years of experience as a Travel Agent
- Knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus booking systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the travel industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor\'s degree in a related field preferred
- Day shift

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
