Looking for French-speaking travel experts, itinerary artists and people who can create amazing experiences for our ultra-high net worth members in our reservations center, no matter how big or small the request. • The French Travel Concierge has a rare set of people skills over the phone which allows them to get out in front of problems and proactively help customers with potential troubles.
• The Travel Lifestyle Managers in our call centers have a rare set of people skills over the phone which allows them to get out in front of problems and proactively help customers with potential troubles.\xc2\xb7 Travel Lifestyle Managers are masters of juggling many websites and applications open on their desktop while seamlessly speaking with the member.\xc2\xb7 Is it busy? YES! We are growing and have strict deadlines. At times it can get so busy you might forget to exhale but that\xe2\x80\x99s ok because we\xe2\x80\x99ve got your back and we\xe2\x80\x99re always here to remind you to take a much-needed breather. This means that our Lifestyle Managers\xe2\x80\x99 40 hr schedule includes working late, working weekends, and is adaptable to meet the needs of our members. However, anyone working on a weekend will get an extra $2/hr for every hour worked.Last, we\'re looking for someone who matches our approach to life in general. We need people who love to laugh, embrace change, give off infectious positivity, and have an unrelenting passion for service in every aspect of their lives.

Requirements

- Comfortable taking calls and reservations in French.

- 2+ Years of Travel experience preferred.
