Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their dream vacations, ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish. If you have a love for travel, exceptional customer service skills, and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, and excursions. Assist clients with any changes or issues that arise during their travels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Cantonese and/or Mandarin Chinese

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
