Responsibilities:
Fournir un service a la clientele de premier niveau / des solutions techniques concernant les produits du client.

Planifier les appels de service et faire le suivi aupres des clients.
Depanner et resoudre les problemes techniques en utilisant les outils de diagnostic et procedures etablis.
Assurer la saisie precise des donnees a l'aide des applications prescrites.
Excellentes competences en gestion d'appels : ecouter activement tout en faisant preuve d'empathie et en rassurant le client.
Faire preuve de passion pour le service client, de prise en charge de l'experience client et de determination a offrir une solution complete.
Adapter efficacement la communication et le style a differents publics et lire les signaux verbaux et non verbaux.
Repondre aux demandes entrantes/sortantes des clients.
Aborder les problemes avec flexibilite et adapter sa demarche sans compromettre le resultat.
Responsibilities:
Provide first level customer service/ technical solutions in regard to client products.
Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions. Strive to exceed expectations.
Ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company
Schedule service calls and follow up with customers/clients
Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues using established diagnostics tools and procedures.
Responsible for accurate data input using prescribed applications
Exceptional call handling soft skills, must possess the ability to conduct active listening while being empathetic and reassuring the customer
Demonstrates passion for customer service, ownership of the customer experience and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution
Able to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences and read verbal and non-verbal cues
Answering inbound/outbound customer queries.
Approaches problems flexibly and is able to adapt and modify approach without compromising outcome
Qualification:
Diplome d'etudes secondaires minimum. Un diplome ou une certification en technologie est un atout.
Minimum de 6 mois d'experience dans des environnements en contact avec la clientele (telephone, chat, en personne, etc.)
Bonne maitrise des applications Microsoft Office, incluant Outlook, Word et Excel (prefere)
Doit avoir au moins 21 ans.
Excellentes competences en communication/comprehension en anglais et en francais. Capacite a communiquer clairement et efficacement, a l'ecrit et a l'oral (dans la langue requise)
Capacite a taper 30 mots par minute et reussir nos tests de langue/grammaire.
Excellent acces Internet a la maison, par connexion filaire.

Qualification
Minimum high school degree. Degree or certification in technology is a plus.
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer facing environments (phone, chat, in person, etc.)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word & Excel preferred
Must be at least 21 years old
Excellent communication/comprehension skills in English and French. Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal (in required language)
Ability to type 30 wpm and successfully pass our language/grammar screening
Excellent home internet hardwired.
