In this role, you will be a key member of the Lifecycle Management Section, focusing on ensuring our roads are safe and reliable for the public. You will conduct vital condition assessments on roadway assets, operating specialized testing equipment like the Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) and mobile GIS applications. Your work will also involve guiding seasonal field staff, ensuring high-quality data collection through training and quality control. The data you collect and analyze is essential for prioritizing capital rehabilitation projects, helping the City maximize asset lifespan and minimize long-term costs.
