Transportation Supervisor - Mobil Grain

Mobil Grain is hiring a Transportation Supervisor based at our Delisle, SK location (a 20-minute commute from Saskatoon), working on Big Sky Rail (BGS) and Last Mountain Railway (LMR). Mobil Grain, a family-founded company now owned by GCM Grosvenor / Bluejay, operates two Saskatchewan shortlines: LMR (85 miles) and BGS (250 miles).

to motivate and manage our

Train Crew

and support

Train Operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate train crews Dispatch drivers and train crews in a

24/7 operation

Create and execute time-sensitive train plans in a

fast-paced environment

Conduct regular

train crew efficiency tests

Monitor and enforce

CROR compliance

Communicate with

CN authorities

and internal departments Provide employee training and

strong leadership

Investigate incidents and complete required reports Oversee train movements to ensure efficiency and productivity Manage company fleet vehicles Report performance metrics Create a positive impact on train performance Handle

train crew HR and safety-related tasks

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years

of Engineer/Conductor experience (preferred) Prior

management experience

(preferred) Comprehensive knowledge of

railway rules

CN or CP rules qualified

Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Strong

organizational and communication skills

Class 5 Driver's License

Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the operation (evenings, weekends, holidays) Comfortable working in

both office and field environments (~80% field presence)

Any relevant safety certificates would be an asset
