Embrace your true self by unfolding your expertise within Mike Sullivan\'s transport team of our Cascades Recovery division:
- Oversee our Calgary and Edmonton plant\'s operations.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and Ministry of Transportation safety procedures.
- Manage all employees scheduling, start times and vacation planning.
- Ensure workforce management and engage staff in the vision and mission of the service.
- Address Maintenance issues as they occur and manage and maintain drivers supplies and inventories.
- Conduct Cab Evaluations and physical vehicule inspections.

- 3-5 years experience in a Manager position preferably in the transportation industry
- College Diploma in a business related field
- Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, regulations, policies and procedures
- Strong communication, collaboration & organizational skills
- Knowledge of forklift operation and Roll Off and Rear Packer driving experience (an asset)
