SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the managing, storing, reporting, and processing of data/KPI's for the transportation department. Will use JDA, EMDECS, Microsoft Office, among other programs to generate reports and support the department with other requests as required.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate, Monitor and Measure scorecards to track transportation KPIs, identifying trends, variances and gaps in the data. Develop better reporting tools to improve information flow and organizational planning. Track and monitor transportation department projects to ensure timelines are maintained. Use TMS, EMDECS and other software to validate accuracy of reports Identify logistics and reverse logistics issues; provide immediate fixes and develop long-term solutions to optimize operations. Solicit feedback from key stakeholders to determine their requirements Audit, Monitor and analyse carrier accessorial charges. Coordinate and follow up on business partners' documentation, ensuring that business units receive required reports in a timely manner. Analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations to modify existing or proposed scorecards to improve accuracy and efficiency of reporting. Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study 2-3 years of experience in a logistics role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills including Power Query, VBA, PivotTables, and data visualization. Experience with TMS (JDA) and SAP software Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Ability to speak French considered an asset
