Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking a positive and team-oriented individual for an entry level position as a Transportation Coordinator to join our Calgary distribution center. Join our Transportation team to make an impact by overseeing the duties of a Transportation Coordinator including tracking deliveries, reporting incidents, answering inquiries, solving complaints, and determining delivery costs.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:
Communicating with internal & external stakeholders
Building relationships and accountability with our commercial carrier partners
Ensure carriers follow guidelines in day-to-day operations based on Cardinal Health\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.
Freight Monitoring and KPI reporting for Western Canada.
Expediting urgent shipping requests
Handle customer complaints, investigate delivery issues and report outcome to internal Customer Service group.
Provide guidance or technical assistance to organizational projects
This Job might be for you if:
Minimum 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related field (commercial carriers)
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, One Note)
Prior experience with JD Edwards (AS/400), SAP considered an asset
Team-oriented, committed, driven, assertive, curious and self-directed
Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, adaptable to change and able to reprioritize on short-notice
