Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Work safely and efficiently Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures and protocols Problem Solving and Trouble Shooting Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues Provide quality Repairs/Service/Maintenance on equipment and trailers as per work orders Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment (ie: flame-cutting, brazing and soldering equipment) Installation of accessories and equipment Provide top notch customer service Maintain open communication with supervisor, manager and team Other duties/tasks as required Overtime may be necessary during busy season

Skills and Qualifications:

1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Heavy Duty Mechanic Apprentice (must have experience) Familiar with mechanical and agricultural/trailer equipment (farming background would be an asset) Team player with a positive "can do" attitude Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things Reliable attendance record and punctual Good communication skills and willingness to help other team members Ability to safely lift, push, pull or carry heavy products, up to 55lbs on your own (as required) Valid Class 5 License, clean driver's abstract and satisfactory criminal record check Must have own tools
