Overview


We are seeking a qualified Transport Canada-approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting aircraft to ensure safety and compliance with all regulatory standards. Duties



Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various aircraft systems in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and manufacturer specifications. Troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure airworthiness. Complete detailed maintenance documentation, logs, and compliance reports accurately and promptly. Collaborate with flight crews and other maintenance personnel to coordinate scheduled maintenance activities. Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner following established safety protocols and standards. Stay current with updates in aviation regulations, technical manuals, and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Skills



Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license. Proven experience working on commercial or private aircraft systems. Strong knowledge of aviation safety standards, regulations, and maintenance procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings. Effective communication skills for documenting work performed and collaborating with team members. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
