Position Description

We currently have an exciting role for a Transfer Site Attendant for our Williams Lake, BC location.

Position Responsibilities

Interacting with the public Educating and directing the public on how to recycle and/or where to dispose of waste Maintain cleanliness of the site clean and ensure safe to operate in Ensure recycling is ready for pick up Always work safely and attend all tailgate and safety meetings Working out in different environments Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

Positive attitude Comfortable dealing with the public (experience an asset) Experience operating equipment (backhoe or similar equipment an asset) Successful candidate must be physically fit, as this position requires time on your feet and may require heavy lifting Any experience in recycling an asset but not required as on the job training will be provided. Proven ability to work independently while being a team player Other duties may be assigned
