This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or entirely remotely within Canada.
Vena Solutions is looking for a Training Specialist to join our Customer Training team. An ideal candidate will be someone who can deliver a best-in-class training experience for Vena including customers, partners and internal employees. The trainer will be responsible for facilitating live (primarily remote) instructor-led sessions, webinars and internal training, alongside aiding in the development and maintenance of training materials and processes. You will also assist in identifying and prioritizing the needs of training at Vena and support the creation of internal and external resources to continue to build out and extend our current training offerings.
