High-Level Description:
The Training Project Manager II will support the ERP Workstream of the US Utility Integration Project, focusing on training project plans, documentation, and effectiveness measurement. This role involves coordination across multiple project plans and collaboration with the ERP Training Manager, OCM Project Managers, and the Training Team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed training plans for multiple project releases
  • Manage resource-loaded plans and training artifact development timelines
  • Support weekly reporting and task tracking for training activities
  • Ensure proper file management and audit compliance
  • Coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and track decisions and next steps
  • Develop and document consistent processes across the team
  • Align training activities across multiple project plans
  • Support development of ERP Training Repository/Learning Portal
  • Assist in creating a sustainment plan for ERP training and access provisioning
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of project management/coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up proactively
  • Experience with Power BI and SharePoint Online
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, MS Project, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented and collaborative across time zones
  • Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
  • Client-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with large ERP projects and Workday LMS
  • Background in OCM and training delivery projects
