We're Hiring: Training Manager

Now, we're looking for a Training Manager to take our training division to the next level.

What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a team of skilled trainers across Ontario

Provide coaching and support to trainers and facilitators to enhance their skills and effectiveness

Oversee delivery of core health and safety programs

Ensure outstanding quality, client satisfaction, and innovation in training

Partner with Sales and Scheduling to keep operations seamless

Occasionally step into the classroom to deliver training yourself

Track results and drive performance across KPIs: billable hours, trainer utilization, quality, and client feedback

Who You Are:

A high-skill, high-will leader with 5+ years in training, safety, or adult education

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves structure, process, and results

An exceptional communicator who can mentor, influence, and inspire.

Bonus points if you bring CRSP, CHSC, or CTDP certifications

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
