Job Description


As Training Editing and Mediatization Technician, you help analyze needs and plan and carry out activities. You stay on top of trends and suggest ways to improve tools and methods. You\'re very familiar with your work organization and can work under pressure. You serve as a technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for your unit\'s activities, assignments and processes. The ability to tailor your approach as needed is therefore essential. We\'re looking for someone who is able to self-learn technical aspects while demonstrating resourcefulness, adaptability and creativity. More specifically, you will be required to :Provide technical support and advise collaborators on the best use of the software necessary for designing online trainingOversee the editing, formatting and mediatization of various documents using specialized softwareHelp prioritize and plan editing and mediatization activities and maintain relationships with collaboratorsParticipate in drafting and updating the sector\'s procedures, tools and methodsPerform quality control on online training modules and documents to ensure compliance with standards and carry out online training certification applicationsAssist in identifying elements that facilitate the processes, standards and work procedures related to the mediatization of training materialKeep abreast of trends in software related to the mediatization of online trainingSet deadlines for each assignment undertakenWhat we offer*Competitive salary and annual bonus4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first yearDefined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirementGroup insurance including telemedicineReimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment
