Search out, evaluate and utilize cost effective information technology solutions in the training service for instructor led and distance learning. Work with project teams, clients, technical specialists, suppliers and internal/external consultants to prepare training materials, written documents and reports. Identify and analyze performance problems and training requirements and make recommendations for new or revised programs, methods, training manuals and reference materials. Ensure efficient operations of training programs by scheduling, budgeting, preparing special reports and projects, purchasing, ensuring cost and control effectiveness.: * Assist in the design and development of training programs (including e-learning) for centralized and decentralized training programs used by internal and external supervisory, clerical, technical and trades staff involved in the transmission and distribution of electricity. The methods include instructor led, computer based and distance learning technologies.
