The Department of Justice and Public Safety is seeking a Training & Development Consultant within the Justice Modernization branch. What you will do
As a member of the Justice Modernization branch, the successful candidate will be responsible to develop & deliver training programs for various client groups. This will include:

  • Developing a training strategy, and developing & delivering various training programs for Court Services and other client groups,
  • Working with partners to monitor program and service delivery effectiveness and respond to areas of concern.
Work environment
  • Location: Flexible within New Brunswick
  • Standard hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8:15 - 4:30 / Minimum 36.25 work hours per week

  • Knowledge of training / instructional techniques
  • Experience with full Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and MS Teams and/or other collaborative platforms
Need to have (essential skills and qualifications)
  • University degree in Social Sciences, Education, Business Administration, or related field,
  • Minimum of 6 years related work experience,
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a criminal history clearance and security clearance check. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. Operational requirements
  • Occasional travel; and
  • Working outside of regular hours of work without prior notice on occasion.
Written and spoken competence in English & French is required. Please state your language capability.
