MAIN FUNCTIONS Responsible for coordinating training efforts in close partnership with Trainers, including scheduling, attendance, facilities, and materials. Develops and maintains aids and training materials. Maintains updated curriculum database and training records. Manages and maintains in-house training facilities and equipment. Assesses instructional effectiveness and summarizes evaluation reports to determine the impact of training on worker skills. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office. Communication, Organizational and Data Entry Manage required training including bookings, scheduling and reporting as required for onshore and offshore personnel. This role will require good communication, organizational and database knowledge 6 month term
