to lead the development and execution of training programs across our stores. This role is responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating training that enhances team performance, standardizes operations, and supports consistent customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs for store staff, including onboarding, operational procedures, and leadership development
Create and maintain training materials such as manuals, videos, checklists, and session outlines
Provide structured SOP training to ensure consistency in store-level execution across all locations
Support new store openings with pre-opening training plans and on-site coaching
Conduct regular in-store training and observation sessions, providing real-time coaching and feedback
Collaborate with Operations Managers and Store Leaders to assess training needs and resolve performance gaps
Ensure consistency in store operations through standardized procedures and training reinforcement
Monitor training participation, effectiveness, and impact on key operational metrics
Collect feedback from trainees and store leaders to continuously improve training quality and delivery
Coach and support in-store trainers to enhance their facilitation and mentorship capabilities
Promote a strong learning culture and internal talent development within store teams
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in restaurant operations or training roles
Proven experience designing and delivering training in fast-paced food service environments
Strong understanding of kitchen workflows, FOH/BOH coordination, and customer service standards
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and travel to multiple store locations
Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems or software such as Lark
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in chain restaurant operations (e.g., McDonald's, Starbucks or similar) is considered a strong asset.
Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., FoodSafe, ServSafe)
Experience supporting new store openings
