Job Description

Robert Half is looking for a Training Administrator! If you are highly organized, detail oriented, and love working in a fast-paced environment- then this position is for you!

Job Duties:

• Manage the activities for End user training for each course,

• preparing the training schedule,

• notifying participants,

• preparing training facilities

• coordinating all training logistics

• Create the Train the Trainer schedule and complete administration of the setup, book rooms, schedule training, communicate with users

• Understand the training curriculum

• Participate in End user role mapping workshops, taking notes and following up on actions

• Manage the list for iPad end users

• Update learning content in Enable Now

• Manage the training parking lot items, ensuring follow up and communication to the trainers

• Monitor training assessment results and report data on a weekly basis

We are looking for someone with strong administration skills, strong scheduling skills, as well as someone who is an Excel Guru!
