Job purpose
The incumbent of this position will participate in the design and rollout of training and skills development programs across the organization. They will be responsible for developing the training calendar for stores, the distribution centre, and the head office. They will also be responsible for ensuring alignment between employees' skills development and the company's business strategy, and more specifically with the Human Resources strategy.
