Adecco is currently seeking a Training Advisor for a contract/temporary role in Toronto, ON, within the financial services industry. As a Training Advisor, you will oversee end-to-end management of cloud training programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts. Your role will focus on enhancing training effectiveness, monitoring progress, and aligning programs with cloud transformation objectives.

• Location: Toronto, ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
• Job type: 6-month contract with possibility of extension | Full-time

Detailed : As a Training Advisor, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Managing and coordinating comprehensive cloud training programs for technical and non-technical teams.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders to align training programs with Cloud Transformation objectives.
• Organizing training materials and integrating various training formats to cater to diverse learning preferences.
• Conducting learning needs analysis, refining existing learning paths, and curating new ones to ensure focused and relevant training curricula.

Candidate\'s Profile: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• 5+ years of experience in training logistics and operations, preferably within a financial institution.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms.
• Experience in Agile project environments and an understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Preferable experience in Google Cloud platform technologies and exposure to the banking/financial services industry.
