ROLE

The incumbent is responsible for developing training programs and training store employees on the visual presentation norms and best practices in the Quebec, Ottawa and Maritimes. The individual must also develop and maintain a partnership with store personnel in order to improve product visual presentation, in accordance with the company objectives and strategies in order to maximize store sales.

TASK
  • Create training materials with the training team to support the sales team and better direct them in performing their tasks in visual presentation;
  • Create training workshops corresponding to specific training needs;
  • Adapt planograms while in-store to create an optimal shopping experience and increase profitability;
  • Collaborate with visual presentation, sales and construction teams, participate in the development of new stores\' planograms in anticipation of openings
  • Manage store openings by providing the necessary training to sales teams;
  • Provide visual presentation training to the Regional Sales Managers so that they can in turn train store personnel accordingly;
  • Provide support to the stores in regards to visual presentation;
  • Ensure good communication between the stores and the visual presentation department;
  • Ensure the brand is well represented and respected in the store
  • Provide constructive feedback and identify store needs to improve processes, training and procedures of the visual presentation department.
REQUIREMENTS
  • \xc2\xb7 Professional diploma or equivalent in visual display;
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in visual presentation;
  • Ability to present and animate a training session;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Have a good sense of leadership;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Bilingual (an asset);
  • Strong sense of creativity and interest in fashion;
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Have a valid driver\'s license and have access to a car.
