This position is a full-time role and will be based out of our Pattison Agriculture Emerald Park Corporate office. This role would be responsible for creating and delivering training modules to all of our departments (Sales, Service, Parts, Precision Ag) and would report to our Intelligence Solutions Training Manager.ResponsibilitiesThis individualxe2x80x99s responsibilities include:

• Prepare/deliver training modules to staff, customers and operators
• Attend training and maintain credentials for required systems
• Understand equipment setup, components, operation, and technical manuals relevant to John Deere brand and other manufacturer products
• Assist with new hire onboarding sessions and customer training events
• Support employee growth and development through training
• Build and maintain strong positive and professional working relationships with peers, management, employees, and customers
• Significant travel inside/outside of Canada

RequirementsThis would be an ideal position if you have:

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• The ability to work flexible hours
• Must have valid passport and ability to travel outside of Canada
• Knowledge of farm and agricultural systems relevant to the area
• A valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively with customers/employees
• Extensive experience in agriculture-related role
• The ability to use desktop and internet applications
• Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
• Grade 12, GED or equivalent experience required; Ag/Engineering/Business degree preferred
