Accountable for:


The train global performances, Technical requirements development, coming from reference and applicable documents from Metiers, Standards, Certification, Safety, Platform and Customer, then the developed requirements allocation to the various subsystems Transverse requirements development and allocations to the various subsystems in close collaboration with the relevant specialists who shall first support the TSE for the input requirement synthesis on their scope Operational analysis definition and validation by the Customer Functional analysis and specification, The global Train System architecture definition which shall satisfied the synthesized requirements, The quality, consistency, and compatibility of all the sub-systems specifications, The applicable train configuration. Technical interface with customer in order to provide support to Project Manager (and PrWM during revenue service) Making arbitration on architecture definition between the subsystems to reach the best compromise at train level, During train revenue service: Technical open issues resolution in line with project strategy provided by PrEM / CoD, from investigation to modification implementation and problem closure, V&V activities: + Defining and performing Train verification strategy in close collaboration with all Engineering metiers and Certification & Validation teams. + Leading the train integration and tuning phase.

We are looking for somebody who has a strong sense of ownership, purpose, resourcefulness and curiosity. The candidate has demonstrated experience leading and working with engineering teams to understand, elicit, develop, fine-tune and troubleshoot complex systems. The candidate has demonstrated experience in the applying the values of Agility, Innovation and Responsibility.


Bachellors degree in an engineering subject; >= 5 years work experience in engineering complex systems; >= 2 years work experience leading (informally or formally) engineering teams.
