The Opportunity: Trailer Re-Finisher

We are seeking a reliable, skilled individual to join our production team specializing in the repair and re-finishing of our premium bumper-pull cargo trailers. Accidents happen, and your expertise is crucial in restoring our trailers to their superior quality.

What you'll be doing:

Executing various finishing and repair tasks on cargo trailers. Focusing on damage repair, including tearing off and installing new exterior cladding. Repairing and replacing trim components. Installing windows, lights, and other essential hardware. Utilizing hand tools and power tools daily to complete tasks accurately. Working independently and collaboratively within our assembly-line environment.

What We're Looking For (Your Skills & Attitude):

We are seeking candidates who bring a strong work ethic and relevant hands-on experience.

If you have experience in carpentry, general repair, construction, or a related trade, you have the skills we need!

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Possess practical knowledge and understanding of basic hand tools and power tools. Demonstrate proficiency inreading a measuring tape accurately. Be reliable--showing up for your shift daily and on time. Maintain a positive attitude and take direction well. Be a team player but also capable of taking on tasks solo without supervision. Be prepared for physical aspects of the job, including standing for long periods and occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
