JOB DESCRIPTION:



Build relationships with contractors, retailers, small business owners and other business types through inbound and outbound calls and lead follow up.

Responsible for finding and following up on sales leads, preparing and sending sales quotes, doing timely follow up, closing deals and preparing lease and rental documents for customer presentation.

Directly involved in all levels of customer interaction that generate rentals

Identifying opportunities of/ and connecting with new customers to present our company and sell services.

Creation of complete offers with information regarding the services and provide them to the customer.

Monitoring the company's sales and establish an end of period report.

Establish meetings with existing and potential customers to facilitate relationships and sales.

Coordinating pick up and delivery of trailers.

Monitor rental inventory in depot and at customers.

Required skills and abilities:



Strong communication and phone sales skills Organized and efficient. Good time management skills A track record of success and achieving or beating goals and quotas Desire to be a part of a team that thrives on hard work and success Ability to build relationships, work as a team member and help other succeed Proficient with MS Office/Outlook/Excel/Word Must have an existing book of business Must have an existing book of business Exceptional customer service and communication skills Go-getter with a contagious attitude Work well with minimal supervision and autonomy Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to stressful situations with confidence. Highly motivated to meet and exceed expectations Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
