As a Traffic & Customs Agent you will be coordinating the import shipments from all over the world and exporting our products to customers world-wide. As a traffic and customs agent,

your key responsibilities include:




This role mainly focuses on the operational aspects of the business (transportation/freight and customs regulations-import/export. Takes care of the Customs clearance into Canada and prepares and submits the CAD (B3 Canada Customs) entries to CBSA Determines the Harmonized Code applicable to our finished products and bought out parts. Prepares the Export Declaration forms (CERS) and submits to Stats Canada Processes Shipments using our ERP system (BAAN) Prepares all the Customs Documents for U.S. and international shipments; Does the follow up on shipments and contacts customers/suppliers; Applies for Canadian Export Permits for our Controlled Products and submits to Global Affairs Canada Processes shipments on Customer Portals Works together with other departments, such as contracts, programs, procurement, manufacturing, to better understand customer issues and provide world-class service.

To join our team, you must have:




College Certificate in Customs procedures and a Certified Customs Specialist Certificate (CCS) A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Transportation/ Logistics (an asset) Minimum of 2 years experience as a Traffic & Customs Agent You have advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Office Environment (MS Project, Word, Excel Power Point and MS Outlook.
