MLSE\xe2\x80\x99s Traffic team handles the execution of marketing and ad campaigns for all of MLSE\xe2\x80\x99s properties. As a member of the Traffic team you will work closely with the Marketing, Global partnerships and Venue Technology teams to execute campaigns, on-time, effectively and mitigate any issues that may arise. This position will be committed to completion and delivery of advertising for all platforms, including but not limited to OOH, broadcast, digital signage, online and in-area for games and live events. This is a hybrid position currently at 2-3 days a week in office, which has the potential to increase. The role demands organization, attention to detail, adaptability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Create/schedule daily TV logs includes commercial scheduling, commercial material assignment, last minute client/programming changes, product separation, submitting logs to Master Control
  • Monitor Traffic databases for TV, along with the FTP for digital assets, regular monitoring/purging of creative assets
  • Reconciliation of weekly TV logs, which includes quality assurance, reporting of aired/non-aired spots, investigating discrepancies with invoices, close out logs monthly in preparation for invoicing
  • Liaison with internal sales team for order entry, inventory avails, make goods and recommendations
  • Management of Traffic + Sales systems to ensure accurate information for all parties regarding broadcast
  • Follow-up on missing creative with agencies and internal Sales staff and visually inspect delivered content to provide a layer of Quality Control and assign in-house numbers/check naming conventions
  • Collaborate daily with Programming and Asset Management team
  • PRC + PSA management for station
  • Collect reporting into Excel spreadsheets for campaign proof of play
  • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested
Qualifications

  • Experience in Traffic or a related field would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of one or more Traffic systems (e.g. Wide Orbit) is an asset
  • Working knowledge of digital television and/or OOH environments
  • Proficiency at MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Successful at delivering under pressure and within deadlines
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • A positive, winning approach; incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion
  • Must be people oriented and a team player; an ability to relate professionally within all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter with solid initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proven awareness and responsiveness in providing exceptional client service
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as required
