Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Traffic Controller to oversee and manage traffic flow at construction sites and roadwork areas. This role is essential for ensuring safety for workers and the public, coordinating vehicle movements, and supporting construction operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction environments, with a focus on heavy equipment operation and paving activities.
Duties
Develop specific plans to prioritize Organize tasks to accomplish the work Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Prepare and submit reports Train workers in duties and policies Arrange training for staff Conduct performance reviews Co-ordinate, assign and review work Organize and maintain inventory Receive orders from traffic controllers
