We are seeking experienced TCP's to join our team in the Lower Mainland. As an TCP you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic flow around utility work sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage lane closures, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Set up, monitor, and adjust traffic control devices as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the clients, formen, site supervisors, and team members.
- Ensure all traffic management plans are executed flawlessly.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or changes in traffic conditions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability at all times.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of traffic control regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Tardiness is not tolerated; punctuality and reliability are critical to this role.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
- Valid Traffic Control Certification and a clean driving record.
