Job Description
AEL Traffic Control is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Traffic Control Person to join our team. As a division of Emcon Services we supply in-house flagging as well as outside jobs, ensuring you have full time work year round.
Location: Victoria - Duncan
Duties
Direct and control vehicles and pedestrian traffic around work zone. Set up and dismantle traffic control devices. Communicate clearly with team members and the public regarding traffic patterns and safety measures. Maintain a professional demeanor while managing all situations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in traffic control or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of paving processes and construction site protocols is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and with others. Must have a valid driver's license. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel involved. Be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliability & Flexibility as this nature of work is on call (24/7)
