NOW HIRING: Lane Closure Technician (LCT)

We're seeking a dependable and certified Lane Closure Technician to join our team. Please note: due to the requirements of this position, we are unable to accommodate students at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up lane closures according to traffic management plans.
Direct traffic flow safely and efficiently.
Maintain constant awareness of surroundings, especially near heavy equipment.
Follow all safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
Work cooperatively with team members.
Ensure truck safety and perform routine checks.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Requirements:

Must be a certified Traffic Control Person (TCP).
Must be willing to commute to various job sites from North Vancouver to Hope.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Strong focus on safety.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive wage: LCTs earn $27-$30 per hour (depending on experience).
Blue Cross benefits available after 3 months of employment.
Full-time work available Monday-Friday, with the possibility of evening, weekend, and night shifts.
