## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Traffic Controller to join our team. The Traffic Controller will be responsible for directing traffic at construction sites to ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and drivers.

## Duties
- Direct traffic at construction sites to ensure a smooth flow of vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with construction workers and drivers to coordinate traffic movements.
- Set up and remove traffic cones, signs, and barricades as needed.
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust signals as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

## Qualifications
- Experience in traffic control or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to build and dismantle traffic control setups.
- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Knowledge of paving operations would be beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
