Are you motivated by and enthusiastic about helping people get to where they need to be? Are you a passionate on-air performer who knows Vancouver\'s traffic patterns and routes well? If so, CityNews 1130 has a great opportunity for someone looking for a chance to get their foot in the door of a major market radio station.

What you will do\xe2\x80\xa6

• Deliver live traffic reports on CityNews 1130, \xe2\x80\x9cevery ten minutes on the 1\'s,\xe2\x80\x9d for shifts during evening and weekend hours, as assigned.
• Focus on the most important traffic routes in Vancouver, helping as many listeners as you can
• Provide understanding, comfort and entertainment through your relatable on-air reports
• Support your teammates by communicating major traffic issues to the newsroom
• Answer the phones and take traffic reports from our audience
• Update traffic issues on our social media channels in a professional way
