3 Positions Available - One Per Building Location

This Isn't Your Typical Internship

We're not looking for someone who wants to fetch coffee and make copies. We're searching for 3 exceptional individuals who understand that the fastest way to business mastery is learning how successful operations actually work--from the ground up.

What You'll Actually Do

Throughout All 3 Months: Foundation & Integration

Become the strategic right-hand to our Community Managers Master member services and facility operations Lead prospect tours and member acquisition efforts Handle real business challenges that directly impact our bottom line Learn the systems that make our operations run smoothly

Progressive Responsibility Growth:

Month 1: Focus on learning systems while contributing immediately Month 2: Handle more complex operational tasks independently Month 3: Take ownership of specific building operations and member experience initiatives
