We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in various trades, including but not limited to concrete finishing, cabinet installation, construction painting, and drywall work. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment. Responsibilities

Perform concrete finishing tasks to ensure high-quality surfaces. Install cabinets with precision and attention to detail. Execute construction painting projects, ensuring clean lines and proper coverage. Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks, maintaining safety standards. Complete drywall installation and repair as needed. Conduct electrical work following safety protocols and regulations. Build structures according to specifications and blueprints. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently when required. Lay tiles accurately for flooring or wall applications. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.

Requirements

Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: concrete finishing, cabinet installation, construction painting, drywall work, electrical tasks, heavy equipment operation, tile laying, or carpentry. Strong knowledge of hand tools and their proper use. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed. Commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
