As our Trades Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier skilled tradespeople. You'll work closely with project managers, HR, and field supervisors to ensure we have the right talent in place to meet project demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source skilled trades (e.g., equipment operators, laborers, Truck drivers, , etc.)
Manage job postings across platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and trade-specific boards
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future projects
Attend job fairs, trade schools, and industry events to promote our brand
Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
What You Bring
Proven experience recruiting in construction, trades, or industrial sectors
Strong understanding of heavy civil roles and project timelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
