In the Trade Marketing Specialist role, you will support the Sales and Marketing team with marketing and communications activities, and work to implement innovative campaigns for branding or product launches, in coordination with the local teams and global Ariston Group Marketing team.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Supporting the Sales Team in determining Marketing priorities, planning and implementing Marketing activities, and monitoring results
  • Support the Sales Team efforts to reach retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in an effective manner
  • Working independently and with external partners to create and manage marketing content for use in various media
  • Maintaining and creating content for company profiles on social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin, etc.
  • Writing and editing content for various media such as print, social media, blogs and website
  • Overseeing the management of the NTI website including analyzing key metrics and data
  • Organizing email distribution lists and sending regular communication using Constant Contact.
  • Bringing new ideas and tools to NTI to increase brand awareness, recognition and reputation in the market.
  • Other support of Sales and Management teams as needed.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing (or potentially Communications), and 3-5 years experience in graphic design and building Marketing content. They will also have:
  • Creativity, and turning a blank canvas into something that resonates with customers.
  • Comfort in using editing software.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce.
  • An understanding of websites and is comfortable tweaking current designs and developing new content.
  • Ability to utilize effective SEO and keyword strategies to help improve the effectiveness of our website.
  • Ability to work well with short timelines and meet deadlines.
  • An independent work style, working with high level direction to drill down to the core of what is required.
  • Organization skills and can manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Great communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Desire to collaborate and take the initiative to get things done.
  • A strong desire to learn about our business and what makes us unique.
