We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trade Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the trading and operational activities related to commodities, ensuring smooth execution of transactions, compliance with regulations, and accurate financial management. Responsibilities



Assist in processing trade documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and regulatory reports Support the execution of trade transactions by coordinating with logistics providers, clients, and internal teams Maintain accurate records of trades, securities holdings, and financial data using specialized software Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all documentation processes Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Product Traders to ensure stock availability Track order status and flag delays or discrepancies Compile trading performance data for internal reporting Maintain records in the Enterprise Communication System (ECS) and support KPI tracking Coordinate promotional activities and ensure materials are distributed Other logistics duties as required

Skills



Strong understanding of investment management principles and financial concepts Knowledge of accounting practices, bookkeeping, and financial software tools Familiarity with securities law, regulatory reporting requirements, and financial services industry standards Basic experience or interest in investment banking or asset management Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in financial management tasks Good communication skills to coordinate across teams and external partners Demonstrated financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data related to investments and trading activities
